Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges:

You may return new and unused items within 15 days of delivery.  Please e-mail us at dallasdarlins25@gmail.com.  Include “Return in the subject line.  State the reason why your are returning along with the invoice number.

We will also pay the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item).

Returned items for a full refund must be unworn and unwashed. If the tags have been removed or any indications of wear it will not be eligible for return.

You should expect your refund within 3 days of your return being received.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please e-mail dallasdarlins25@gmail.com and indicate “Exchange” in the subject line.  Please include the reason for exchange (size, defect, etc…).
